have a couple "rigs" in his backpack. A search of the vehicle turned up needles contain-
ing liquid methamphetmine and a spoon with methamphetamine residue. Ms. Moody was
charged with possession of a controlled substance (0.5 gram methamphetamine) and pos-
session of drug paraphernalia (needle), with a total bond of $3,000. She was also issued
a written warning for the speed violation. Mr. Massey was charged with possession of a
controlled substance (0.18 gram methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia
(two syringes and a spoon) with a total bond of $3,000.
Kyle James Ross, 23, 7199 N. Gretchen Way, Dunnellon, was arrested by the Cit-
rus County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 26, charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted
felon; sell, manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver a
controlled substance; knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked (second of-
fense); possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His
total bond was set at $26,000. The arrest came as the result of a traffic stop in Homosassa
when a deputy, who's aware that Ross's driver's license is suspended, saw him driving.
Ross's vehicle was searched, and he was found to be in possession of the following items:
4 grams methamphetamine, a Taurus magazine with eight 0.22 caliber bullets, less than 20
grams cannabis, 2 spoons with drug residue, a syringe with drug residue, 4 digital scales, an
e-cigarette with cannabis and $705 in cash. Ross was also issued a citation for the driving
offense.
