Rhonda Sue Hendrickson, 55, E.
County Sheriff s Office, Feb. 17, as the result of trying to evict an unwanted guest from her
home about 6:23 p.m.
According to Dep. Marvin Mullins' account of the incident, which came from Mul-
lins, a witness and the two women involved in the attempted eviction, the alleged victim had
scratches on her right arm, right neck and back. She told Mullins, that when she attempted
to enter the residence where she'd been living for about three weeks with Hendrickson's
son, Hendrickson stood in the doorway and would not allow her to enter, so she attempted
to push past her with her fist in Hendrickkson s stomach. In the fracas, the unwanted guest
received the injuries, The unwanted guest broke free and went to the neighbor's house to
contact the sheriff s office. She claimed that Hendrickson kneed her, but Henrickson said
that wasn't tue, but that she had grabbed the woman's hair. Mullins reported that Hendrick-
son had a strong odor of alcohol coming from her person. She told Mullins that the woman
tried to come inside the residence, but she wouldn't allow it because she doesn't live there.
Dep. Mullins told Hendrickson that the woman said she'd been living there for about three
weeks, "Per Florida law, if the victim has been living there for any amount of time, including
the three week period the defendant advised was true, it is, in fact, the victimís residence,
also. reported Mullins.
Mullins told Hendrickson that the evidence favored the unwanted guest. Hendrick-
son was placed under arrest for simple battery. Her bond was set at $500.
