Authorities Looking for Dog that Bit Woman

On February 21, 2014, a woman was bitten by a stray dog in the vicinity of Kracker

The dog is small, brown and mixed breed. It was not wearing a collar. The woman

was out walking her dog around 7:30AM when the incident happened. If anyone knows the
