elderly woman asked Shannon to stop slamming doors, at which time Shannon is said to
have shoved the victim in the chest, causing her to fall to the ground onto her buttocks. The
victim was transported to Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness for evaluation, and Shan-
non was transported to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto for booking.
Indalesio Basaldua, 31, Spring Hill, FL, was sentenced to 60 months with the De-
partment of Corrections as an habitual felony offender by Judge Ric Howard, Feb. 16. He
was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, grand theft and driving
