Johnny Lawrence Baxter, 18, Inverness was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff’s

U.S. 19 at C.R. 40

Office, Feb. 13, charged with plan, manage supervise and traffic in stolen property; grand

theft $300 or more, but less than $5,000 and false verification of ownership/false informa-

tion of pawnbroker. His bond was set at$28,000.

  

Rhonda J. Harris, 40, Inverness, was issued a misdemeanor citation by the Citrus

County Sheriff’s Office, Feb. 15, on a misdemeanor petit retail theft charge from the In-

    

verness Walmart. The report stated that Harris took two ink cartridgesispla curtain panel

from the store without paying for the items. She has a mandatory court appearance sched-

iff’s Office, Feb. 15, charged with petit retail theft from the Inverness anged for

report stated that she took twin, king and queen bedding sets and a Daydreamer light without



paying for the items. She then returned one of the items for a gift2-20-13 issue

card. McMahon said she

is out of a job and had purchased a set of sheets several weeks earlier and saved the receipt

with which she’d obtained the gift card. Her bond was set at $250.

                

Zachary Allen Porter Rouse, 18, Beverly Hills was arrested by the Citrus County

Sheriff’e Office, Feb, 15, charged with trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen prop-

      

erty. A person at a Beverly Hills resident reported the theft of an IPod and a safe containing

several items of pearl jewelry and personal documents. She said she’d received a suspicious

     

call from a relative, pressing her for times she’d be at home and times when she’d be gone.

      

The theft had occurred within the time frame she’d given the relative. There were no signs

of forced entry into the home, and she said, the relative may have the remote code to the



garage door. After an investigation, Rouse was arrested on Feb. 15 and later released on his

the strings from the shadows. The “elected” puppets, the mayor and 4 of 5 commission-

and benefit. As in a Banana Republic the trappings of democracy are kept in place to keep

the peasants quiet, while your vote does not really count. That is why several people have
