took him to his truck, got his firearm, and when he turned around, he saw Boutiette coming
toward him with a knife and fired four shots. He said Boutiette got into his truck and drove
away.
Victim 2 told deputies that the fight began when he saw Boutiette throw an object
at Victim 1's truck, and when he confronted Boutiette about it, Boutiette pointed toward the
group and said "I will kill you." He said they got into a fight during which Boutiette twice
slashed him (an 8-inch cut to his chest and a 3-inch cut to his face). Victim 2 said, that when
