center without paying for them. She was observed on surveillance placing some items in

her buggy and concealing others in her purse, which she did not pay for when she paid for
the items on her buggy. She told the loss prevention officer and arresting deputy that she

was unsure if she had enough money to pay for all of the items, so she concealed some
items in her purse. She also had a black vial containing methamphetamne she told the loss

prevention officer was medication for her attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
The items not paid for in her purse totaled $144.52, and the methamphetamine weighed 0.3
