Neither Mr. Lambert or his passenger, 29 year-old Richard N. Drawdy of Citrus
Springs, was injured in the crash. The report also stated that each of the three men was wear-
ing his seatbelt, no alcohol was involved in the crash, and Mr. Taylor carried no passengers.

Later on Dec. 2, Willard texted the deputy that he had it all straightened out at the
Inverness Walmart. Meanwhile, the complainant (the loss prevention officer) contacted the
deputy and told him that Willard was in the store, attempting to pay for the item, but he still
wanted to press charges for the theft.
On Dec. 3, the deputy was contacted by Willard's attorney who requested that the deputy
just write Willard a citation for the theft, and the deputy replied that he would not and could
not write a citation for the felony charge of dealing in stolen property. Willard turned himself
in at an agreed upon time at the Citrus County Detention Facility.
Inverness man indicted for sending hoax bomb threats
U.S, Attorney A. Lee Bentley, III, Ocala, announces the return of an indictment
charging David Wayne Willmott, Jr., 24, Inverness, with three counts of making threats to
use an explosive device. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal
prison for each count. According to court documents, on three separate dates, Nov. 25, 2014
and April 17 and 23, 2015, e-mails with bomb threats were sent over the Internet regarding
businesses and government facilities in Central Florida. Locations targeted in the e-mails
