Manuel Ricardo Fournier-Olovarria, 40, was

Austin Lee Favata, 18, 8950 SE County Rd. 337, Dunnellon, was arrested by the
Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 27, charged with possession of marijuana (less than 20
gms.) possession and/or use of drug equipmenmt and possession of a firearm on school
property. His bond was set at $2,500.
Kelly Sue Crist, 43, 9478 N. Timber Creek Ter., Dunnellon, was issued a Notice
to Appear by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 27, for theft of utility services. Ac-
cording to the report, Crist said an acquaintance had explained to her how she could obtain
electricity to clean a home that was for sale without having to use a generator, and admitted
she'd hooked-up to the electricity, herself. The utility service approximated the cost of the
electricity used, along with the penalties and fees, at $530.19.
Craig Leonard French, 51, 2488 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Crystal River, was arrested
by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 27, charged with aggravated battery (intention-
ally cause great bodily harm, permanent disability or disfigurement). He is accused of hitting
