Office, Dec. 19, charged in two separate cases. In one case, he was charged with traffic or
endeavor to traffic in stolen property and petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $300,
with his total bond set at $6,000. In the other case, he was charged with traffic or endeavor
to traffic in stolen property and grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000, with his
total bond set at $7,000.
Toby Franklin Johnson, 42, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-
iff's Office, Dec. 19, charged with felony domestic battery. His bond was set at none.
Ebony Rose Bishop, 30, 8397 W. Doe Ln., Homosassa, was arrested by the Cit-
rus County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 20, when a deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle in
Homosassa after noticing that the right, front female passenger (Bishop) was not wearing
a seatbelt. The driver told the deputy that he had a concealed weapons permit and was in
possession of a firearm on his person, which the deputy secured in the patrol vehicle during
the traffic stop. Bishop told the deputy that the bag on the floorboard was not hers, but it

poorly on the testing and was arrested on the charge. She was given a verbal warning about
the speeding. At the Levy County Jail, her breath alcohol testing results were both 0.173
(greater than the legal limit of 0.08). At her First Appearance, she was released on her own
recognizance.
