Thirty-three kids from 3 to 12 years of age attended the Shop With A Cop event. Each child was given a $100 gift card to purchase gifts for their families. The Inglis Officers that attended
the event were; Police Chief Steve Dixon, K-9 Officer Tim Swiggett, Traffic Officer Shannon Goodman, Officer Maria Brown, K-9 Officer Brian Hilberer, and Animal Control Officer William Moffett.

An armed robbery was reported Sunday, 12-26-10 about

5’6 was wearing saggy blue jean shorts below the waist, red hooded sweatshirt, unknown
color ankle socks, and white tennis shoes entered the store and displayed a unknown type of
handgun.

The suspect fled the store on foot with an unknown amount of money from the
store. The red hooded sweatshirt was recovered outside of the store. It is believed at this
time that the suspect might have gotten into an unknown type of vehicle in the area of
