porting of Controlled Substances Evaluation), itís easy to keep tabs
on whoís doctor shopping. Doctors, pharmacists and law enforce- Folsom Stevenson
ment can now log on and see what doctors the patients are seeing and
what drugs they are receiving.
The CCSO has been working closely with the State Attor-
neyís Office to ensure that anyone whoís caught will be prosecuted
to the fullest extent.
The recent arrests include: Henry J. Folsom, 57, Beverly
Hills, charged with trafficking in hydrocodone over 4 grams, sale of Curry

controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance (bond
$45,000); Samuel Stevenson, 31, Crystal River, charged with sale
of oxycodone and possession of oxycodone (bond $15,000); Da-
vid Curry, 40, Homosassa, charged with Withholding information
from a practitioner (bond $5,000); Sarah Buske, 25, Crystal River,
charged with trafficking in oxycodone over 4 grams, 3 counts of
sale of a controlled substance - oxycodone, 4 counts of possession

of a controlled substance - oxycodone, 3 counts of sale of a con-
trolled substance - cocaine, 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance - cocaine (bond
$125,000); David Allen Smith, 54, Homosassa, charged with trafficking in oxycodone over
4 grams, conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled substance - oxycodone, 2 counts of sale
of a controlled substance - oxycodone and 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance -
oxycodone(bond $65,000); and James Robert Marino, 22, Homosassa, charged with sale of
a controlled substance - oxycodone) and possession of a controlled substance - oxycodone
(bond $15,000).
Citrus County Tag offices Moving in the New Year
The Crystal River Branch offices of the Tax Collector, Property Appraiser, Clerk
of Circuit Courts, and Supervisor of Elections will be relocating from their current location
(US 19 in Crystal River) to the West Citrus Government Center located at 1540 N. Mead-
owcrest Blvd., Crystal River.
The last day of business in the existing offices will be January 11, 2012 and will be
closed permanently on January 12, 2012. The offices will reopen for business at the new
location on January 17 2012. During the transition, government services will still be avail-
able at our offices in Inverness. If you need assistance during the closure, please call the
Citrus County Courthouse at 352-341-6400. As always, In case of an Emergency, call 911.
