Thomas John Schnee, 21, 13705 NE 14th Ave., Citra, was arrested by the Citrus

 

County Sheriff’s Office, Dec. 2, charged with petit retail theft; bond $250. Schnee was ac-

    

cused of shoplifting a pair of Nike sneakers valued at $80 from the Inverness Beall’s store.

April Julie Brown, 22, 7897 E. Wooded Trl., Inverness, was also charged with petit retail

   

theft (Nike shoes worn by Mr. Schnee past the checkout area). Her bond was also set at

Charles Jacob Weatherly, 35, 5341 W. State St., Homosassa, was arrested by the

Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, Nov. 14, charged with resisting an officer without violence,

    

leaving the scene (Woodbine Ae., Homosassa) of a crash with property splay(CCSO pa-

 

    

trol vehicle) and possession of less than 20 gms. of cannabis (0.5Qucannabis cigarette or

    

“roach”). His bond was set at $1,250. The incident occurred when deputies with the Marion

  

County and Citrus County Sheriff’s Office were attempting to serve o start in on



          

another person. Weatherly attempted to leave, and his vehicle crashedv. 14, 2012

No into a patrol vehicle.

                 

     

A 0.5 gm. “roach” (cannabis cigarette) was found in his vehicle. Weatherly’s bond was set

at $1,250. He was also issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident.



     



Brandon Scott Molen, 27, at large or homeless in the Inglis area, was arrested by



             

the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, Nov. 15, on a Lake County, Florida arrest warrant for



trafficking in stolen property. His bond was set at $5,000.

Helen Hall, 141 Maple St., Inglis, was arrested by the Inglis Police Department,

Dec. 4, charged with failure to appear. Her bond was set at $2,500.

      

Elizabeth Ann Esiel, 376 Sapp St., Inglis, was arrested by the Inglis Police Depart- 

ment, Dec. 9, an out-of-county warrant. Her bond was set at $605.

     

Bruce McQuillin, 49, of Inverness, who was arrested for

young females on Nov. 20 and Dec. 6 was arrested, yet again, on additional

       

charges as the investigation into allegations against him continues.

       

On Dec. 17, McQuillin was arrested in two additional cases, charged

     

with one count of sexual battery of a person 12 or older using force in each

case. The girls are now young women, one is now twenty-four and the other

is now twenty-two. In the initial case, the victim said that McQuillin had

sexually assaulted her more than 500 times when she was between the ages McQuillan

The girl gave detectives the names of other potential victims, and subsequent ar-

rests have stemmed from the investigation into other potential victims.




