Todd R. Maggio, 32, Hommosassa, was placed on the Levy County Sheriff's Of-

fice's Most Wanted List, Dec. 16, with an arrest warrant for violation of probation (posses-

sion of marijuana); no bond.

Brian A. Smetana, 22, Otter Creek, was placed on the Levy County Sheriff's Of-

fice's Most Wanted List, Dec. 18, with an arrest warrant for violation of probation (lewd and

lascivious battery); no bond.

Justin Adam Hitchcock, 24, Hwy. 40 West, Yankeetown, was arrested by the Levy

County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 14, on an out of county warrant. His bond was set at $2,500.

Roger Leo Bergeron, 49, Vicki St., Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sher-

iff's Office, Dec. 13, charged with battery/domestic violence. His bond was set at $5,000.

Bucky Allen Smith, 35, Hwy. 40, Inglis was arrested by the Levy Cunty Sheriff's

Office, Dec. 13, charged with driving while license suspended (3rd or subsequent offense),

possession of a controlled substnce without a prescription and three counts of possession of

drug paraphernalia. His total bond was set at $28,000.

Marian Walker Cockerham, 57, Cypress Ln., Inglis, was arrested by he Levy

County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 9, charged with violation of probation.

Karen Brannen Ingalls, 45, and Todd Robert Maggio, 32, both of 41 Cattail Ln.,

Yankeetown, were arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 21, charged with the

felony retail ($300 or more) theft of 45 item of merchandise valued at $527.18 from the

Lecanto Walmart. Their bonds were each set at $2,000. The reports stated that the two sepa-

rated upon entering the store and each took a cart. Maggio had placed electronic items into

his cart and resisted the loss pevention officer. The report stated that Ingalls took numerous

items of clothing and attempted to leavethe store through the garden departgment exit. She

was stopped and cooperated with the loss prevention officer.

Jonathon Mark Anderson, 27, 93 Pine St., Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus

County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 20. charged with the felony aggravated child abuse of a 23

month-old child. His bond was set at $10,000. The Hernando County Sheriff's Office in-

formed Citrus County deputies that the victim has been taken to Oak Hil Hospital in Spring

Hill by the child's mother. The child had two fractures to the rear of her skull and bruising

to her face, forehead, back and buttocks. The injuries were said to have occurred while the

child was in the care of Andeson.

Jeanette Roxanne Villagran, 30, 2012 S. Rock Crusher Rd. Homosassa, was ar-

rested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 19, charged with felony grand theft ($300

or more, but less than $5,000) and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance. Her total bond

was set at $5,000. Villagran is accused of entering a 2012 white Hyundai and removing a

laptop computer, an AT&T cellular telephone, personal paperwork and jewelry, valued at

$3,224.

Rufus Anthony Hoyt, 32, 2012 S. Rock Crusher Rd., Homosassa, was arrested by

the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 19, charged with possession of a controlled sub-

stance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (glass and metal pipes,

needles, small clear baggies and other miscellaneous materials, the report stated). His total

bond was set at $5,500. The arrest was made during an investigation of a burglary case.

 


