Sheriff's Office, Dec.13, charged with domestic aggravated battery using a deadly weapon
(vehicle). His bond was set at none. Boswell is accused of placing the victim into a head-
lock and pulling her from the driver's seat of a vehicle that was traveling slowly, in reverse,
causing her to go under the vehicle and be pulled along with the vehicle. Several witnesses
viewed the incident, one of which was a deputy.
