was a huge success once
again. And once again we
at Food Ranch are indebted
to some area merchants,
businesses and individuals who make the
event possible.
We thank Tom and Debbie Rus-
sell for their effort and time. Without
them there would be no window painting
contest. They have worked hard to turn
what started out as a shining example of
semi-controlled chaos into a very smooth,
orderly event that never ceases to impress
those who operate the host store, the par-
ticipants and those who view the artwork
that results from the contest. Many of the
contestants started painting our windows
in their pre- school years and are now
teens and young adults, but they still show
up for the contest.
