Pet Photos with Santa will be held on Friday, December 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Barkaritaville Grooming, 3892 N. Lecanto Hwy., Beverly Hills. Your
pet will get to meet and pose with pet-friendly Santa, you'll receive a photo that will be a
treasured holiday memory for years to come, and your $10 donation will benefit Hospice

The University of Florida/IFAS Citrus County Extension Service is providing
training to help food managers and staff keep food served to Florida's consumers safer. The
next class will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016. Pre-registration of two weeks is re-
quired. It will begin promptly at 8:30 am, and run approximately 7 hours, then participants
will have a maximum of two hours to take the national certification exam. There is no "test
only" option.
Participants should bring valid picture identification with them, and a sack lunch.
Training is held at the Citrus County Extension office, located at 3650 W Sovereign Path
in Lecanto The Extension building is the first building on the right. Cost for the course and
exam is $110. The purchase of the ServSafeŽ Manager Manual for $55 is highly recom-
mended andavailable English or Spanish. Participants should study the ServSafeŽ
