headlock at the Oak House bar in Crystal River and refused to comply with a deputy who
was attempting to stop the confrontation.
Edward Rapagna, 47, 14 Dans Dr., Inglis, was arrested by the Inglis Police Depart-
ment, Dec. 2, charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance.
His bond was set at $1,000.
Cassandra Dawn Link, 25, 26 S. Adams St., Beverly Hills was arrested during a
traffic stop (no tag on the vehicle) on S. Redbird Ave. in Homosassa, Dec. 2, by the Citrus
County Sheriff’s Office. Link was a passenger in the vehicle, which was registered to Link,
and the driver was Nathan Glover. Link was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia
(a spoon with oxycodone residue), which she said she’d been injecting herself with since
her release from rehab. She was released on the scene and issued a Notice to Appear. The
driver (Glover) was issued a criminal citation for driving an unregistered motor vehicle and
a traffic citation for having no proof of insurance.
Vincent Anthony Pacifico, 31, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County
Sherif’s Office, Dec. 2, charged with domestic battery (no bond) and battery ($500).
An 18 year-old Crystal River girl was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff’s Of-
fice, Nov. 15, charged with misdemeanor battery. Her bond was set at $500. The report said
the incident was related to a fight at Crystal River High School.
