into the victim's residence, uninvited, pushing the victim onto a couch and refusing her ac-

cess to her cellular phone by holding her down by her arms. Hughes denied the allegations,

and although a witness stated that she (the witness) was present during the incident, Hughes

stated that she was not.

At approximately 3:30am, (Monday) units responded to 2490 W Sunripe Loop and

Travis Earl Menefee, 24, Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's

Office, Nov. 20, charged with a misdemeanor, violating an injunction for protection against Sunshine Path in Crystal River after receiving a call in reference to 34446 fire. Upon arrival,
