Mart to obtain $101.54 in cash.
The report stated that Shoemaker had been to the victim's home and was aware of
the location where the victim kept her bank card, and each time she'd used the card, she'd
returned it to the victim's wallet.
The victim discovered the fraudulent use of her credit card after checking her bank
balance with her debit card. Bank personnel viewed surveillance of the victim's ATM uses
and obtained a photo of the suspect, which the victim identified as Shoemaker. According to
the report, Shoemaker told the victim she'd used the money to pay for child support.
Dep. Allen Breeding located Shoemaker as she was "returning to the victim's
home," according to his report. After Dep. Breeding took Shoemaker into custody, the report
stated, she admitted having used the victim's debit card.
