Citrus County Offices Closed for Thanksgiving Observance
Citrus County Government offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, November
24 and 25, in observance of Thanksgiving. Citrus County Transit Services will be closed
Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25. The Citrus County Landfill will be
closed Thursday, November 24. Friday, November 25 hours will be 8:00am 2:30pm, NO
Household Hazardous Waste Drop Offs and the Administration Office is closed. Saturday,
November 26, hours will be 8:00am 2:30pm.All library branches will be closed Thursday,
November 24 and Friday, November 25, open normal business hours on Saturday, Novem-
ber 26. The Citrus County Animal Shelter will be closed on Thursday, November 24 and
Friday, November 25, and open normal business hours on Saturday, November 26. Bicen-
tennial Park Pool will be closed both Thanksgiving Day, November, 24 and Friday Novem-
ber 25. The Pool will be open on its regular schedule, Saturday, November, 26.
