Experts Answer Health Care special meeting on Health

Pet Patrol
The League of Women Voters of Citrus County held a
Care Expansion, on Nov. 2nd. The panel was formed by three experts from the field of
health. Robert Adkins is a licensed insurance agent and certified Navigator from Florida
Blue who provided and explained insurance options that are now available under the Afford-
able Care Act.
Brandi Cooney is a certified Navigator with Childhood Development Services.Ms.
Cooney hopes to soon have answers regarding enrollment information ,once the website
issues have been resolved.
Jim Rashley, who is the Assistant Director for the Florida Department of Health re-
inforced their mission to "promote, protect and improve the health of all people of Florida."
All panelists were eager to answer questions from the audience. They distributed
informative brochures and offered their availability for more information.
