weekly Jail Media Report, Kathleen Lena Nickless, 53, of Sandi St., Inglis, was arrested by
the Levy County Sheriff s Office, Sept. 26, charged with violation of probation.
License offense, habitual offender-According to the Levy County Sheriff s Office
weekly Jail Media Report, Terry Lee Arnold, 38, of Palm Dr., Inglis, was processed into
the Levy County Jail, Sept. 29, on a charge of driving while license suspended, habitual of-
fender, with his bond set at $1,000.
Traffic stop arrest in Inglis-During a traffic stop, Sept. 26 at 5:23 p.m., by the Inglis
Police Department for a seatbelt violation at 29 Hwy. 40 West, an Inglis man, Frederick Al-
vin Charles, 33, 11240 N. Northwood Dr. Lot 55, was arrested for knowingly driving while
his driver s license is suspended or revoked. He told the officer his license had been taken
from him by a Citrus County Sheriff s Office deputy during a traffic stop the previous week.
He was taken to the Levy County Jail. He was issued a traffic citation for the seatbelt viola-
tion and a criminal traffic citation for the suspended license offense, with a mandatory court
date of Oct. 18.
Traffic stop arrest-A traffic stop for an expired tag, Sept. 27, ended in the arrest of
an Inglis man for driving with a license that has been suspended for more than six months,
since March 30, 1995, according to the arrest report. James Darrell Edwards, 39, of Debra
St., Inglis, was arrested by the Inglis Police Department at Hwy. 40 West and Michigan Dr.
