tion. When he believed an effort or endeavor to be worthwhile he displayed
bulldog determination and extraordinary skill to see it through.
Kellman served on the Inglis Town Commission from April 1998
until his death. He served as the liaison to the Inglis Police Department, Inglis Planning
Commission and the Inglis Fire Department. Prior to his service on the City Commission he
served on the Planning Commission and was active for many years with the Withlacoochee
Gulf Area Chamber of Commerce. In any capacity he served, he served us well.
We will all miss Dick Kellman in Inglis. We can take some comfort in the knowl-
edge that even though he left us suddenly, he was most likely well prepared. He was always
prepared.
