What Dinosaur Tracks Can Tell Us
There have been hundreds of thousands of dino-
saur tracks found all over the world - from Africa to Aus-
tralia, Europe to the Americas. The Puragoire Valley in
southeastern Colorado alone contains 1,300 tracks. Just
outside Denver, Colorado is Dinosaur Ridge with some
350 dinosaur tracks. St. George, Utah has dinosaur track-
ways, tail drag impressions and one place where a dino-
saur actually sat down in the mud! The Paluxy River near
Glen Rose, Texas contains numerous large dinosaur foot-
prints, some so large a young child can sit down inside
the track. The tracks are also only found on flat "bedding
planes." So how do we fit these observations into a bibli-
cal worldview of history? It begins with Noah's flood.
Many dinosaurs apparently fled the rising flood waters which had already
