at $5,000. According to the sheriff s office, the incident occurred at the Inverness
Walmart. Whitaker is accused of waving his cell phone under a girl s skirt and
taking a photograph. The girl noticed what happened and told her father who
confronted Whitaker. The sheriff s office was contacted. After deputies looked
Whitaker at surveillance footage, Whitaker was placed under arrest and transported to the
