and possession of drug paraphernalia, with a combined bond of $2,000. Then on Oct. 17,

enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation

petitioner), with his bond set at none.
Daniel Tyron Maxwell, 32, 755 NE 5th Ter., Crystal River, was arrested by the

Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 15, charged with possession of a controlled substance
              
(0.4 gram methamphetamine) and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams (1.7 grams).
      
His bond was set at $3,000. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop in Homosassa for an
expired tag. The vehicle was searched after a K9 made a positive alert on the vehicle, and
      
the drugs were found.

Larry Wayne Langford, 53, homeless in the Homosassa area, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 16, charged with trespassing (bond $1,000). The report
   
stated that Mr. Langford had been trespassed from the Circle K store, located at 6775 S.

Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, about 2:44 pm, and returned to the store at 6:30 pm. Accord-
ing to the arrest report, Langford told the deputy that he'd gone to the Walmart (nearby) to

purchase shoes, but didn't have the money. He said he'd returned to the Circle K to get a ride
to the next town, and also that he needed a pair of shoes.

Elvin M. Mendez, 22, N. Davis St., Beverly Hills, was arrested by the Citrus Coun-

ty Sheriff's Office, Oct. 16, charged with possession of cannabis with intent to sell. The
arrest was the result of a traffic stop in Inverness, for the driver stopping at an intersection

with all four wheels past the stop bar. Mendez, a driver's side rear seat passenger, volun-
teered that he had marijuana in the trunk when the deputy mentioned that he smelled weed,


at him, hitting him on the head, and slamming him to the ground. The victim stated that

stated that the incident continued with both victims allegedly being hit again. When deputies

arrived, according to the report, Schoenagel smelled of alcohol and was stumbling around.
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) was notified about the incident.
