Early Sunday morning, Oct. 11, Kevin Worrall was present and
ambulatory at the Crystal River Health and Rehabilitation Center on
N.E. 12th Avenue.
The Sheriff s Office has since learned that Worrall had a taxi
drop him off that same day at the Kmart in Inverness.
The missing man has multiple health issues that put him at risk.
When he was last seen, he was reportedly wearing a blue T-shirt and
Kevin Worrall blue jeans. Family members have neither seen Worrall nor heard from
him.
Kevin Worrall is a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 152 pounds. The
missing and endangered man has gray hair and blue eyes.
A local BOLO (be on the lookout) was issued for Worrall, and his information was
entered into the national database for missing persons.
Anyone who has seen Kevin Worrall or may have knowledge of his whereabouts
is asked to call 911 right away.
