Dog park users should follow the rules, so the use of this facility will continue to

be available. By using this facility, participants must agree to the following rules: 1) Canine

and human visitors enter at their own risk. 2) All dogs must be spayed or neutered. Unsteril-

ized dogs, and/or puppies under four months of age are prohibited. 3) Owners are legally

responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused by their dogs. If an incident occurs, own-

ers must exchange contact information before leaving the park. 4) All owners/handlers must

be at least 18 years old and have photo identification with them. All dogs should also wear

an owner identification tag at all times. 5) Each owner/handler must have a leash for each

dog in their possession at all times and may not have more than two dogs in her or his pos-
