Legal Advisor and will be responsible for directing all personnel and operations of the Sher-

bility for the Law Enforcement, Corrections and 911 Bureaus of the Sheriffs Office. Colonel
Sheffield has nearly 25 years of dedicated service and experience with this office and I am
excited and honored to have him as a part of the leadership and manaemtteam•••

Sheriffs Office will be evaluated for proficiency, efficiency and professionalism and as a
result other changes may be forthcoming."

Entrekin was initially placed on administrative leave, and then returned to the
Sheriff s Office in an administrative capacity. Recently, Entrekin was permitted to begin
his field training officer program which he will complete before he goes on the road as a
patrol deputy.
“I m sure Dep. Entrekin is anxious to officially begin his career as a law enforce-
ment officer,” Dawsy continued. “We are looking forward to the contributions he will make
here as a member of this team.”
