A store clerk told the deputy that Arnett was in the store for about two hours. The
clerk said the woman had selected numerous items which had been placed in her shopping
cart, and the woman had asked her several questions. She said the woman had also initiated
a conversation with her, telling her she'd recently moved to the area from Ohio.
About 4:20 am, employees heard the anti-shoplifting alarm go off, and when they

Several cab drivers were in the parking lot and described the woman as about 22
years of age, about 5'5" tall and weighing about 140 lbs., with long bonde hair, pulled up
in a bun. They noted a tattoo on her left forearm and said she left in a vehicle with an Ohio
license plate and a loud exhaust.
When the surveillance film was available, the deputy noticed that the clerk and
other witnesses had given an excellent description of the woman. The surveillance video
showed her entering the store at 2:10 am. About 11:00 pm the same night, the deputy saw
