An 18 year-old homeless Crystal River youth was arrested by the Citrus County

Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, at a Beverly Hills skate park where deputies located the 2011

BMW that had been reported as stolen, and the youth who had the car's key fob in his

              

pocket. The youth had been reported as a suspect in the theft. The youth claimed that the

      

victim had loaned him the vehicle, but the arrest report stated that the investigation reached

      

a different conclusion. The suspect later admitted his guilt. He was charged with auto theft.



The youth's bond was set at $2,000.

Timothy Alan Eggen, 41, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Jan.

   

21, charged with burglary with battery (no bond) and introduction of contraband (drugs/

narcotics) into a detention facility ($2,000 bond).



Della Lyn Jackson, 52, 8 Donna Ct., Beverly Hills, was arrested by the Citrus

County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 21, on a Citrus County warrant for obtaining property by



means of a worthless check. Her bond was set at $2,000.



Ryan Nathaniel Sappe, 19, 80 N. Corbin Ave., Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus

County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 21, charged with (misdemeanor) trespassing in an unoccupied



structure. The report stated that the victim made a complaint to the sheriff's office around



9:30 am that he'd received an anonymous call informing him that Ryan Sappe was planning

on breaking into his residence and robbing him while he was at work. Deputies soon made

a security check at the victim's residence on E. Mary Lue St., Inverness, and found Sappe



inside the residence. Sappe told deputies that the door was locked, but he was able to pull



it open in order to enter it. Sappe told the arresting deputy that he was there to look for his

personal property, a blow torch. However, Sappe was placed under arrest. His bond was set

 





 


