Three Sisters Springs closing
during cold week
The US Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) will be issuing a temporary closure at
Three Sisters Springs before sunset, today. Over 150 manatees have gathered at the springs
over the weekend and are likely to remain in the area throughout the week. Due to consis-

Service will close Three Sisters Springs indefinitely. The Service will monitor daily mana-
tee activity and will reopen the springs when conditions are suitable for recreation inside the
springs.
