4th Annual Best Friends Fest is scheduled for February 7

Citrus County Animal Services will be sponsoring the Fourth Annual Best Friend

Fest-An Animal Adoption Extravaganza onSaturday, February 7 at the Citrus County Audi-

Citrus County Offers First Time Homebuyers Class in February



A First Time Homebuyer s class is being offered by Housing Services, a division

under the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners. Participants who attend the



entire session will receive a Certificate of Completion that is required for Neighborhood

          

Stabilization Program and other first time homebuyer assistance programs.



The class encompasses the entire home buying process including preparing your



credit and finances, shopping for a home, home inspection, fair housing, available loan

 

products, loan pre-approval, and closing. A variety of industry professionals will present to

the class and answer questions throughout the session.

    

The class will be held 8:30 am-4:30pm on Saturday, February 7 at the Citrus Coun-

          

ty Resource Center, located at 2804 W. Marc Knighton Ct. in Lecanto. Please call Jen
