Man arrested during traffic stop

 

Tony Arthur Carver, Jr., 30, 5422 S. Elm St., Homosassa was arrested by the Inglis

    

Police Department, Dec. 7, charged with driving with a suspended license, suspended for

U.S. 19 at C.R. 40

having unpaid traffic fines. He was stopped for having no tail lights on a trailer.

   

Homosassa man charged with capital sexual battery of 4 year-old girl

Bryan Charles Fredman, 29, 10264 W. Oliver St., Homosassa, was arrested by the

Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, Dec. 11, after the mother of a four year-old Homosassa girl

made allegations against him for the possible sexual abuse of her daughter. Fredman denied

    

the allegations, but stated that he was under the influence of narcotics isplay Ad if he

 

did anything he doesnít remember it. Fredman was placed under arrest arter Pageon

a victim under 12 years of age, lewd and lascivious exhibition of a victim less than 16 years

of age, and carrying a concealed weapon. His bond was set at none pero start in in

reference to capital sexual battery.

Inglis man arrested during traffic stop

Charles Roland Bray, 55, a homeless man in Inglis, was arrested by the Inglis Po-



     



lice Department, DEc. 12, charged with knowingly driving with a license that was revoked



             

since March 12, 2009. The arrest was made during a traffic stop for a headlight that was not



working. He was issued a citation for having an opoen container and for driving a vehicle in

an unsafe condition.

      

Youth arrested for sexual battery of two children

      

A 16 year-old Homosassa youth was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, 

Dec. 13, charged with one count of sexual battery of a person under the age of 18 and 3rd de-

     

gree lewd/lascivious exhibition. The report stated that two children are victims, both boys;

       

one is almost 2 years-old, and the other is almost 4 years-old . The youth was transported to

the juvenile Detention Center in Ocala.

Bilby is suspected of cashing payroll checks and of using and applying for credit cards using

       

the names of former employees and former residents of the facility who either left the facil-

ity or passed way. Her total bond was set at $6,000.

       

Port Authority to meet Tuesday, January 8th

     

The Citrus County Port Authority will meet on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 9:30am

in the Citrus County Courthouse, Room 100. Among the topics to be discussed is the Port

Citrus feasibility agreement with TranSystems. This meeting is open to the public. The

Courthouse is located at 110 N. Apopka Ave., Inverness, FL 34450.
