Debra Ann Blair, 55, 78 Pine St., Inglis, was arrested by the Inglis Police Depart-
ment, Jan. 5, charged with aggravated assault. The arrest report stated that she threatened the
victim with the victim’s 0.410 shotgun while intoxicated.

Jeremy Scott Mills, 29, 11000 SW 210 Ave., Dunnellon, was arrested by the Citrus
Inglis, Florida
County Sheriff’s Office, Jan. 10, charged with sale and possession of oxycodone and driving
while license suspended or revoked. His bond was set at release at his own recognizance.
The arrest occurred after a deputy watched a “suspicious” transaction in a parking lot.

The arrest report stated that the arrest was the result of a traffic stop that was made after
deputies saw him driving in a reckless manner.
David Brian Cave, Jr., 30, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff’s
Office, Jan. 12, charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

Thomas Alan Byrne, 42, Port Richey, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-
iff’s Office, Jan. 12, charged with criminal mischief ($1,000 or more). His bond was set at
$1,000. He is accused of damaging a room at the Best Western Motel in Crystal River.
William Allen Bettison, 52, 2435 N. Florida Ave., Hernando, was issued a Notice
to Appear citation with a mandatory court appearance by the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office
on Jan. 13 for petit retail theft.
Christopher Michael Sizemore, 31, 10485 W. Larchwood St., Homosassa, was
arresed by the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, Jan. 13, charged with resisting an officer
without violence, grand theft ($300 or more, but less than $5,000) and burglary of an unoc-
cupied residence. His bond was set at $7,500. According to the arrest report, he is accused
of taking a flat screen TV, an XBox and 35 XBox games, approximately 5 watches, $40 in
cash, an Acer computer and a digital camera from a W. Trotter Ln. Homosassa residence.
The reported stated that Sizemore said he wanted to get back at the victim “for ripping him
off of his bag of drugs.” A man called “Ronald” was also mentioned as a possible suspect.
Fire destroys Crystal River barn
Citrus Sheriff Fire Recsue responded to a structure fire at 7541 N. Nathan Pt. in Crystal
River at 3:22 p.m., Jan. 12 to find a 900 sq. ft. tin barn fully involved with fire. The fire
was knocked down by 3:44 p.m. with the use of a water shuttle as there was a lack of fire
hydrants in the area. The structure and its contents were completely destroyed in the fire.
