around 11:11 p.m. as he was driving south in a 1995 GMC Blazer. The car traveled onto
the west shoulder of the road and over-corrected as the driver attempted to steer back onto
the road. The Blazer rotated counter-clockwise, traveled onto the east shoulder of the road
and overturned. As the Blazer overturned, the driver was ejected onto a paved driveway at
4819 S. Old Floral City Road. The Blazer came rest on its right side, facing east in the yard
at 4819 S. Old Floral City Rd. The driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt according to the
report, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Public Service Commission, Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, Kentucky Public Ser-
vice Commission and Ohio Public Utilities Commission.Until the merger has received all
necessary approvals the companies will continue to operate as separate entities.
