Ralph Cook, 60, Crystal River, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, July

23, charged with (misdemeanor) driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, drugs or
chemicals ($1,000 bond). The arrest came as the result of a traffic stop for driving 70 mph

on US 19 at W. Ozello Trail in Crystal River. The report stated that Mr. Cook's speech was

slurred, and he smelled strongly of alcohol. Cook submitted to roadside sobriety testing and
performed poorly. At the Citrus County Detention Facility, Cook's breath alcohol levels

were measured at 0.175 and 0.179.

Tisha Lee Farrington, 34, Inverness, was issued a Notice to Appear citation by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 21, charged with trespassing after warning. The arrest
report stated that Ms. Farrington had been trespassed from the Walmart Supercenter, located

but hit him with the vehicle, that she saw him fall to the ground, but thought it was nothing.
The deputy reported that Ms. Hunt smelled strongly of alcohol. The report stated that the

youth was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
