INVERNESS, JULY 3 - “Patriotic Eve-
ning” will be held on Wednesday, July 3,
starting at 5:00 p.m. at Liberty Park. Live
music and games to entertain all ages, a
patriotic presentation with a color guard,
along with food and beverages and a wine
and beer garden, all from non-profit ven-
dors, and closing with a fireworks display
over Lake Henderson at dusk, that can be
viewed by water or land. FREE admis-
sion and parking.
WILLISTON, JULY 3 - “Old-Fashioned
Independence Day” will be celebrated
on Wednesday, July 3. Festivities be-
gin at 5:00 p.m. with a parade on Noble
Ave. (U.S. Hwy. 27), from Williston
High School to Knauff Funeral Home; K-

Immediately after the parade, festivities
will begin in Horseman’s Park on U.S.
