Central Ridge Pool Introduces Ticket Machine for Entry
Citrus County Parks & Recreation Division has implemented a new system for
entry into the Central Ridge Pool. Money will not be collected, but instead, citizens can
purchase tickets through a machine using cash only. No change will be given. The machine
is located at the Central Ridge Community Center entrance and the entrance fees are as fol-
lows:
Children 4 and under-0 tickets,Children 5 to 11-1 ticket each,Children & Adults 12 to 59-2
tickets each. Seniors 60 and over-1 ticket each,Non-swimmers- 1 ticket each.
This new procedure will enhance internal control and reduce the manpower in-
volved in generating receipts. The machine is serviced from the back, which will promote
safety and help minimize vandalism.
Seasonal passes are still available and can be purchased at the Central Ridge Com-
munity Center Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. For questions about passes or tickets,
please call the Central Ridge Community Center at 746-4882
