William Gratton, 44, 1667 E. Vetnor Ln., Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus
County Sheriff's Office, July 10, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance
(0.3 gm crack cocaine), possession of cannabis less than 20 grams (about 0.5 gm in a can-
nabis cigarette) and possession of drug paraphernalia (a cannabis pipe). His bond was set
at $4,000. The arrest took place as the result of a traffic stop for an unspecified reason in
Hernando at E. Norvell Bryant Hwy. and N. Canterbury Lake Dr. A K-9 deputy alerted to
the vehicle which warranted a search of the vehicle, and the items were found inside.
Mary Ann Koment Kostal, 45, 9005 W. Tonto Dr., Crystal River, was arrested by
the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 10, on an arrest warrant/capias for felony petit theft

ingly, second offense). Her total bond was set at $3,000. Brown was driving north on Hwy.
19 near SE Kings Bay Dr. at 12:38 a.m., when she made a u-turn and started traveling south.
The deputy noticed that the vehicle's right headlight was inoperable and made a traffic stop

on Brown's vehicle. The cocaine was found inside the vehicle, and her driver's license had

been suspended in 2011 for driving under the influence.

