arrest came as the result of a call to the CCSO regarding a vehicle that was stopped at a stop
sign for several minutes, then drove away in an erratic manner. A deputy viewed the vehicle

weaving between both lanes and made a traffic stop. Ms Nelson, the driver, smelled strongly

of alcohol, her eyes were glassy and her speech was slurred, according to the report. She
      
admitted to having consumed "one big cocktail," and performed poorly on roadside sobriety

testing. Her license had been suspended on Jan. 12, 2017 for 180 days due to driving un-
der the influence and again on March 6, 2017, due to financial responsibility. At the Citrus
   
County Detention Facility, her breath alcohol level results were 0.233 and 0.229. She was
also issued a citation for the driver's license infraction and a written warning for failure to

maintain a single lane.
Richard Joseph Anzalone, 63, Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-

iff's Office, July 11, charged with misdemeanor violation of condition of pretrial release

when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond).
Christopher Joseph Gosselin, 44, homeless in the area behind Neffer's Bowling in

Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 11, charged with retail

petit theft (value $100 or less). His bond was set at $1,000. Mr. Gosselin is accused of tak-
ing 2 canisters of torch fuel from Kane's Ace Hardware, located at 3600 S. Suncoast Blvd.

to leave when the deputy asked him, several times, according to the report.
