Robin L. Esteves, 27, of S.E. 203rd Place, Inglis, was arrested by the Citrus Coun-
ty Sheriff s Office, June 21, on a misdemeanor charge of knowingly driving while license
suspended. According to the arrest report, a deputy made a traffic stop on Esteves vehicle
at 12:40 a.m. She located her driver s license, but it had been suspended on May 16 (2011)
for failure to pay traffic fines on three occasions. She stated she knew the license was
suspended, but she thought she was doing the right thing by taking two friends home so
they would not drive. Esteves was transported to the Citrus County Detention Facility on
the charge. Her bond was set at $250. She was cited for the offense and a mandatory court
