on charges of felony grand theft and 4 counts of petit theft.

According to the sheriff's office, Kass initially worked for a Canadian mail-order
medication store in Crystal River. When the owner closed up shop, Kass decided to run the

business from his home. Several clients sent him money for mail-order prescriptions, and
