The weekend of June 15 through June 17. the Inglis Police Department and the Levy

County Sheriff's Office will conduct Sobriety Checkpoints in the areas of U.S. Hwy. 19,
County Road 40 and Hwy. C40A. "Buzzed driving is drunk driving," said Police Chief Timo-
thy Bible, "And if you intend to comsume alcoholic beverages, please arrange for a desig-
nated sober driver." Inglis Police Sargeant Brandon Roberts stressed, "There will be no
warnings. Driving under the influence is a serious issue that kills too many people through-
out Florida and the nation."
