(no bond) following a domestic disturbance. According to the arrest report: The complain-

ant stated that Ms. Serrano had been drinking alcohol, was belligerent, and had left the area



on foot. Ms. Serrano was found, attempting to hide behind a shed in the back yard. She



had bruising, redness and swelling around her left eye, and a scratch on her forehead, but

stated she did not want to pursue charges. When the deputy told Serrano that she would be



unresponsive. She revived shortly, but could not maintain her balance, slurred her speech
