Concert series
To close out the season on May
18 is the duo Flagship Romance, comprised
of married singer-songwriters Shawn Fish-
er and Jordyn Jackson performing their
unique Harmonic Alternative Folk. Their
passionate vocal blends and incredible
chemistry have inspired crowds at events
and venues as varied as the Mumford and
Sons Gentlemen of the Road Florida stop-
overs, the Florida and Gamble Rogers folk
festivals, and the legendary listening room
The Bitter End in New York City. Fisher
and Jackson have a passion for the envi-
ronment as well: they founded and orga-
nized the Clean Water Music Fest in Ponte
Vedra in 2012. The festivals have raised
over $125,000 to date for charity: water,
which gives 100% of every public dona-
tion to water projects worldwide.
Tickets are $15 for each con-
cert, and include refreshments and a cash
bar. Reservations can be made by call-
ing 352-341-6428, or by stopping in at the
Old Courthouse Museum in Inverness. All
proceeds go to the Old Courthouse Heri-
tage Museum to fund exhibits, programs
