was Amanda. Her English was very poor. After a few minutes I asked “Amanda” to transfer
me to someone else because I was having difficulty understanding her. She switched me to

“Sandy”. Her English was even worse. All the while I heard other operators in the back-

ground going about their business. I couldn’t help but think of the Lou Holtz commercial

where he is talking to “Peggy”. Bet he fired her too.
