NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, proposes to adopt the following by Ordinance:
     
     
ORDINANCE 2013-04
   
AN ORDINANCE OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING THAT THE LEVY
       
COUNTY CODE BE AMENDED BY AMENDING SECTION 6-2 OF SUCH CODE;
                            
PROVIDING FOR REVISED HOURS FOR SALE, CONSUMPTION, AND SERVICE
   
OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING
         
A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
    
A public hearing on the Ordinance will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 6:30 p.m., or
 
as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, in Courtroom A, Levy County Courthouse,
 
355 South Court Street, Bronson, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the public
hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Copies of said Ordinance
may be inspected by any member of the public at the Office of the Board of County Com-
missioners located at 355 South Court Street, Bronson, Florida, during regular business

Workers straighten up some of the books at the Spring AF Knotts Public Library Spring Book
sale on 56 St in Yankeetown. Friends of the Library donate time and efforts to make the
library an interesting and accommodating place to seek entertainment and knowledge. The
Yankeetown Inglis Woman’s Club, responsible for the library does it’s share of the support-
ing of this club project as well as the towns of Inglis and Yankeetown make a yearly donation
toward the library used by all citizens. If you have not used this community library, you are

CITRUS COUNTY SWEEPER RESULTS: Winners of the monthly CCUSCBA Sweeper were Dorine
and Sean Fugere with a total of 1584 pins. Second place went to John Fish Jr and Jeff Post
(1541), followed by Butch Shampine and Scott Brown (1507) and Stephanie Flory and Matt
