Changes Recommended for Inglis Water Code

 

During a six hour marathon meeting April 14th Inglis commissioner Drew White



was voted as President and Commissioner Kesterson as Vice President of the Commission.

              

Town attorney Brad Bettin recommended to make changes to the water code to

  

include costs and expenses when collecting a lien on foreclosed property, and to consider

       

instituting a Code Enforcement Board. A 30 minute discussion and a $20 disconnect/recon-

nect fee was approved when water bills become sixty days delinquent (with attorney's fees

    

as necessary). A change in future land use on the town's northern border on the East and

            

West side of US Hwy 19 from undesignated to planned industrial and industrial was par-
